Our current staff includes six Field Sales Engineers whom hold technical BS degrees and have extensive engineering design experience, and an Inside Sales/Customer Service Manager. Our sales staff offers our Principals over 100 years of technical sales and support experience in the RF, Microwave and Millimeter Wave market. All members of our staff have developed outstanding long-term relationships with key customers in Southern California. These long-term relationships provide access at all levels of engineering, administration, management, and procurement. This access is crucial for effective Customer penetration and sales success. In addition to supporting our current customer base, Cain Technology continually searches for new markets and customers who are designing or developing products for RF, Microwave, Millimeter Wave, Broadband and Wireless markets.

The importance of working closely with Distribution is a key component of the continued growth and success of Cain Technology. Our staff understands the procedures and operation of both broad-line and specialized distributors and how to best utilize the talents of a specific distributor. Our organization has a proven track record of mentoring distributor sales personnel, managing distributor programs such as “design registration”, and developing and training distribution personnel to maximize the potential for success for the Principal, the Distributor, and the Representative.
